Sillars joined Adams and Reese in 2020 as Director of Marketing and Communications. She has over 30 years of her career in marketing and communications. She served as a producer on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’. In that role, she helped create and develop the concept of ‘Oprah’s Book Club’. Shiraz continued her television production career with top-tier shows such as ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ and she served as HGTV’s Vice President of Programming and Hallmark as Senior Vice President of Programming for her channel.

She earned a BA in Journalism from LSU.

Dr. Gabriel Saint-Germain Colon attended the Mandeville Dental Clinic of Dr. Joseph Fitzpatrick.

Colon is from Mandeville. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a doctorate in dental surgery from LSU School of Dentistry.

She previously practiced dentistry in Columbia, Missouri.

Harold Merrion Jr. was appointed Research Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator at Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center.

Previously, Merrion served as Dean and Program Leader for Agricultural/Animal Sciences at Southern University’s College of Agriculture, Home and Consumer Sciences.

She previously worked as a title attorney in both the Dallas and Baton Rouge offices of a boutique mortgage bank.

Howell has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. He spent the first twenty years of his career at his Baton Rouge General. Initially a financial analyst, he was eventually appointed Director of Decision Support, Strategy, Business Development and Physician Analysis. He then founded his own consulting firm working with hospitals across the country and was involved in launching the Louisiana Healthcare Information Exchange.

In 2015, he joined Northern Light Health, a health system in Maine, where he was vice president of capital planning and finance before joining Oxner.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from LSU.

She has three years of experience with the Gulf Water Institute and worked for the Louisiana Department of Coastal Protection and Restoration while providing coastal expertise and coastal hydropower modeling services. Prior to that, she provided coastal engineering and modeling services to clients in Florida and the Caribbean.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tabriz University, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering-Hydraulic Engineering from Tehran University and a PhD in Civil Engineering-Coastal Engineering from LSU.
