He has experience in greenfield start-ups, integrating acquired businesses into core his business into his units, and restructuring existing businesses to optimize profitability.
Mr. Bourgoine is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Stamps.com, a provider of internet-based shipping solutions. Prior to that, he was CTO at Mattel. Prior to that, Mr. Bourgoine was Principal at Nitrous Visual Effects and he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Youbet.com.
